Welcome to Meet Our Staff
  Meet Keith Hubbard

Keith co-owns Country Girl Kennel, operated by he and  his wife Debbie.  He watched as Debbie raised Rat Terriers and enjoyed the love between dogs and people.  He was born and raised in Hardeeville area and is a true native to the Low Country. Keith owns a Construction Company as well, doing some of the finest wood work  around our area.  His true calling is that of a complete carpenter!  His passions are Shooting sporting clays, fishing, growing tomatoes and loving his family.  He has a true nack for being calm and laid back, which are qualities that are always a blessing around animals and people.  He built the Country Girl Kennels, with the dogs and pups in mind and heart, having plenty of space for them to enjoy inside and out.  When not doing his construction work, he gives Debbie a hand in keeping the Kennel clean and maintained along with playing with and socializing the pups.  Keith is a real asset to the kennel.  If you have the opportunity, give Keith a call  843-247-9289 and get to know him.  Keith and Debbie are a GREAT TEAM, in all their ventures of raising their pups and dogs, fishing and spoiling their  Grand Children.  Papa and Granny (Keith and Debbie) always make the time for the little ones to come over and get a little more spoiled than the last visit.

Meet Debbie Hubbard

Debbie is the operator of Country Girl Kennel, owned by her husband Keith.  Debbie began breeding Rat Terriers 12-years-ago and has since then expanded to include other breeds.  She has had a passion for animals all her life and continues her tradition by giving her adult dogs and puppies the respect and love they deserve.  Debbie recalls as a child "having to feed 12 baby calves before going to school." She also owned and operated a Petting Zoo for 4-years.  Her love for animals also includes horses, which she states is a "Super Passion."  In addition, Debbie recalls picking up stray animals as a child and giving them a "foster home" until she could find them suitable homes.  If given the opportunity, call Debbie and make an appointment.  We welcome you to come meet this extraordinary woman.

Meet Ashleigh

Ashleigh has moved on with her family and her new job with the US Post Office, Congratulations and Good Luck!  Country Girl Kennel will miss you!

Ashleigh has had the opportunity to learn first hand the dedication required to work at Country Girl Kennel.  Ashleigh is the daughter to Debbie Hubbard, Country Girl Kennel's owner and operator.  Ashleigh has grown up sharing Debbie's passion and love for animals and continues to show her affection for the adult dogs and puppies each day as she works side-by-side with Debbie.  However, Ashleigh has learned a few valuable tricks along the way all on her own.  Also, a wealth of information, Ashleigh is a great source for tips on training your new puppy or dog.  Ashleigh has a knack for teaching animals obedience.  Be sure to ask Ashleigh her advice on training your new puppy.  You will find her advice to be valuable beyond estimation.
